- Medical Assistance for Seniors and People with Disabilities
The Oregon Supplemental Income Program-Medical (OSIPM) provides benefits to individuals who receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits or have income below the SSI standard. Benefits for those aged, blind and disabled individuals who need long-term care in their own home or a facility is also possibly available. To apply for OSIPM, call your local Seniors and People with Disabilities (formerly Senior and Disabled Services Division) office in your area, or call (1-800) 282-8096 (voice and TTY).
