Program Descriptions

Senior Drug Program

The Senior Drug Programs provides assistance to seniors who need prescription medication assistance. To be eligible, you must:

  • Be 65 years of age or older
  • Be a resident of Oregon
  • Have income that does not exceed 185% of the federal poverty level.
  • Have less than $2,000 in liquid resources (your primary residence and car do not count as resources)
  • Not have been covered by any public or private drug benefit program in the last six months (this does not include discount programs)
  • Pay an annual fee of $50.
